career overview

I am an experienced litigation lawyer with more than 20 years spent managing complex cases in many courts including local, state, coronial, appeal courts and the High Court of Australia. I have acted for both plaintiffs and defendants including individuals, corporations, charitable and not-for-profit organisations and government agencies. This broad experience allows me to bring a valuable, holistic perspective to all mediations.

As an accredited mediator which, along with my extensive practical work in the full range of dispute resolution processes, ensures that I am exceptionally well qualified to facilitate your dispute so you can achieve your goals. My experience includes informal discussions, conciliation conferencing and mediation.

In my role as alternate chair and member of a number of Sydney Local planning panels I apply balance when looking at different options when determining the often-complex issues that these panels consider.
